These Letters, locutions given to Rita Ring were published by the Shepherds of Christ Associates (in 190 countries around the world!) that Our Lord founded through the late Father Carter, SJ (Rita’s late spiritual director) who wrote many books and writings that have the Church’s imprimatur or Imprimi Potest). The movement is focused on promoting (and completing) the spirituality of Fatima, namely the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary through as many souls consecrating themselves as possible (they have a formula for consecrating quickly and daily:

Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
Oh Immaculate Heart of Mary, I give you my heart. I want to love you. I want to love Jesus, the Father, the Holy Spirit, and this world through your holy heart. My dear mother, I place myself in your heart, I know you will care for me in all my needs. I give myself to you, Mary, my Mother. I love you so much! Amen.
Consecration to the Holy Spirit
Dear Holy Spirit, You are my friend. I give You myself. I ask You to dwell deeply inside of me and make me holy. I want to know the fire of God’s love. I want to love God with all my heart. Amen.

Shepherds of Christ also focuses on getting these messages out to young children, whose souls are more at risk in these spiritually perilous times, as well as the elderly (who can be very lonely and close to death), and especially priests (Father Carter wrote a Newsletter under Jesus’ initiatives that went out to thousands of US Priests but now the Homily Books are what are being distributed more widely for priests to experience more deeply and preach more frequently on the the Love of Jesus in Communion, and intimate devotion to Him), because after all, the closer a priest’s heart is the the Heart of Christ through Mary’s Pure Immaculate Heart, the greater degree of graces flow out onto all of humanity during the Infinitely Powerful Holy Sacrifice of the Mass! Finally, if you’re looking for further evidence of authenticity of these powerful Love Letters of Our Lord to each of us, here is a picture of Our Lady of Clearwater, which, though it was sadly shattered by someone several years ago, appeared on the building in Clearwater (very close to where I grew up in Florida before moving away for college!).
From what I understand Rita Ring still receives private messages from Jesus and Mary and comes to this building every 5th of the month to lead a rosary group… The Daily Writings section of the sofc.org website is updated daily and I’m under the impression that she receives direction from them as to what to include every day (often times they reference older messages).
